Ordering & Availability
How far in advance should I order?
I request orders be placed at least two weeks in advance. However, during seasonal and high volume times of year more time is required. I am only able to accept a limited number of orders each week, so spots fill up quickly.
Do you have a mimimum order requirement?
Yes, one dozen is the order minimum for all items except large cookie cakes and bento cakes.
Do I have to order by the dozen?
No, after the first dozen, the requirement is met, and you can order any quantity.
How do I place an order?
Please fill out the order inquiry form on my website, and I will get back to you within 2-3 business days to discuss the details of your order.
Please note that a form submission does not guarantee availability. Orders are only confirmed once details have been discussed, availability confirmed, and payment made.
Pricing & Payment
What do your items cost?

Do you require a deposit?
All custom orders require payment in full within 48 hours of receipt of your invoice to book the event date in my calendar. After 48 hours, the invoice will be cancelled and the date will become open for booking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes are not guaranteed after booking. Once orders are confirmed, they are non-refundable due to prep time and materials. If any changes to your order are needed, please get in touch with me as soon as possible, and we can discuss options.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Shopify checkout and standard electronic payment methods are accepted.
Pickup, Delivery & Shipping
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup locations include Hamilton, Etobicoke, and Vaughan. Details are provided in your confirmation email.
Do you deliver?
Local delivery may be available for an added fee. Mention delivery in your inquiry and I can provide a quote.
Do you ship?
Limited shipping within Canada may be available for select items. Mention shipping in your inquiry and I can provide a quote.
What if I am late for pickup?
Most pickups contactless porch pickups. Your order will be placed out a as close to your pickup time as possible (weather dependant). If you are going to be late, please message me as soon as possible. Missed pickups may require rescheduling and could incur a fee.
Design & Customization
Can you reproduce copyrighted characters or logos?
Most characters are copyrighted or trademarked and cannot be used without permission. However, I am happy to discuss inspired sets depending on the theme.
As for logos, I am happy to accommodate corporate clients! When we discuss your order I will look at the requested logo to determine complexity and pricing.
Each order is handcrafted. Slight variations are part of the artistry.
Can you match my invitation or theme?
Yes! I love being inspired by an invitation or the design details of your event.
Inspiration or reference images can be emailed to peachparkbakeshop@gmail.com to accompany your order inquiry.
Can you explain the design process?
As a sugar artist, I always love having creative freedom. However, if you have a theme or specific design request, you can let me know in your order inquiry.
I am open to looking at photos for inspiration, but I will not replicate another sugar artist's work.
Other FAQ's
Do you offer gluten-free, nut-free, or vegan options?
The main ingredients in most of my items are eggs, butter, and flour, so I am unable to accommodate those allergy restrictions. Gluten-free sugar cookies may be an option and can be discussed.
All items are produced in a home kitchen where allergens are present. Cross-contamination is possible. Please share any allergies before ordering.
How should I store my items?
Keep at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate decorated sugar cookies. For longer storage, individually sealed items may be frozen.
A care will be given with each order that lists specific care instructions, as well as proper freezing instructions.
May I share photos of my order?
Yes, please do! If you share photos, please tag @peachparkbakeshop. I love to see pictures from my client's POV.
Do you post pictures of custom orders online?
I often share finished confections on my website and social media after the event has passed. If your order is a surprise, let me know, and I will wait to post. If you do not want pictures of your order posted, please let me know at the time of ordering.
How are items packaged?
All cookies are individually bagged and heat sealed for freshness. Packaging for other items vary but the utmost precaution is taken to package with care for safety and to maintain freshness.
Additional packing options including bows, favour tags, custom packaging to match your event are available for a fee.
